Richard has a diverse background in business and technology. His career spans several key roles in prominent organisations. At SEEK, a leading jobs platform in APAC, he served as both Partnerships Manager and Product Manager. In the health technology sector, Richard performed as Head of Product and Technology and then CTO at Pantonic Health, where he led advancements designing and building health screening and data management technology solutions. Richard is also a Founding Director at Tract Technologies, an Agritech product development and seed funding organisation, where he focuses on pioneering innovative solutions in agriculture technology. Richard prides himself on building products that drive real value and directly respond to problems. Build, measure, learn is a phrase you might hear when working with Richard.

Jock holds a Masters of Information Technology with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Melbourne, where he graduated with First Class Honours and excelled in machine learning. He also completed a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Diploma in Informatics at the same institution. Professionally, Jock has worked as a Data Analyst at Quantium, providing insights into Australian consumer behaviour and utilising big data technologies such as AWS, PySpark, Snowflake, and SQL. He also has experience as a Software Engineer at the Melbourne University eResearch Group, as well as many other contributions to successful software projects. Jock’s passion for innovation in software puts him at the forefront of cutting edge technology. He is constantly striving to push the boundaries in what’s possible in software.
